Kearney Premier Rental-Purchase partners Mike Shuler and Heath Peters earned multiple awards for new store growth and community service at the recent Premier Annual Convention. Open just over a year, Shuler and Peters tapped 32 years of collective rent-to-own experience to bring a wider variety of merchandise selections and alternative payment plans to the area. Shuler said "The people of Kearney have responded favorably. We opened a beautiful new showroom that features the best in all major household furnishings, including furniture, bedding, electronics, appliances and computers - all major brands at guaranteed lowest prices."

Creativity in merchandising and customer service have been the hallmarks of their success that earned them Premier's Silver Award for store performance among almost 80 franchises within the Premier Companies. Their work in the Kearney community was another reason for distinction. This past year they sponsored the annual campaign for the St Jude's Children's Research Hospital as well as participated in the Annual Breast Cancer Awareness program and donated to the National Cranio Facio Association.
