Raymond Ross, Drew Summa, Nelson Patara, Bryan Boyd and Chad Belser
Drew Summa began his Rent to Own career in 1989 after he left the United States Marine Corp. His first position was as a delivery driver. He worked his way up the professional ladder to hold a District Manager position within the industry. Having friends in the industry and owning their own stores was a huge motivator for Drew to become a business owner. They convinced me that this was the direction I was looking for. “I wanted to be in control of a business rather than working for someone else,” said Drew. He discussed his options with attorneys and friends while reaching out to Trooper Earle, President & CEO of The Premier Companies.
“I had heard many good things about being a Premier franchisee and I felt very comfortable with Trooper the several times we spoke about becoming a franchisee,” continued Drew. The warmth and sincerity from Trooper, in addition to the advantages of being a Premier franchisee, helped Drew make his decision. The Premier Companies provide the necessary support to their franchisees with respect to all aspects of running a business.
Drew opened his Premier Rental-Purchase store in May 2008 in Oakland Park Florida, a stone's throw from Ft. Lauderdale. “Owning your own store is a different kind of challenge,” said Drew. “I'm in control and responsible for the entire business. I know now that I will never work for anyone else.”
The Premier Companies is a Rent to Own franchise organization with 75 locations nationwide.
