Providing customers with a family atmosphere is important to John Sprayberry. He has been supplying this kind of atmosphere and growing his Premier Rental-Purchase family for five years in Dixon, Illinois.
With more than 15 years in the industry before opening his Premier Rental-Purchase store in 2007. John felt he was restricted on how best to show his customers his appreciation for their business. Now that he is no longer working for someone else, he is able to steer his store in the direction he believes is best. “I enjoy the business a lot more now that I can run the business the way I feel best. I am having fun doing it and we're growing our business”, said John.
To show their appreciation to their customers for the past five years of being in business, John and his team at the Dixon Premier Rental-Purchase location held an anniversary party last weekend. The festivities included pizza, beverages and make your own snow cones on what was a hot early summer day. Special incentives were also offered on new rental agreements. “Our Anniversary Party was a huge success,” said manager Stephanie Digman. “We wanted to show our customers that they are not just sales dollars to us but they are part of our family. We even had one customer take the day off work to attend our event!”
John and his crew plan in-store or community events each month as their Premier Family continues to grow.
